Chico Public Library
1108 Sherman Avenue, Chico CA 95928
Bring a 100% plant-based breakfast for dinner-style dish free of flesh, eggs, animal-derived dairy, honey, and gelatin. If you don’t cook, that’s okay — bring something from the store (http://www.traderjoes.com/dietary-lists/vegan)! Your dish should serve 6 people.

SHARING IS CARING – please share with or tag your friends. Thank you!!
As always, there will be a table for the Plant Based Chico group for foods that are strictly whole-food, plant-based, with no added sugar, salt or oil. Everyone is free to intermingle and select from each table and no food shaming, please.
Our always-optional theme is
$aving $, $aving Live$ …
A plant-based diet is a win-win-win, when it comes to saving money and saving the lives of human and non-human animals. It’s cheaper than eating meat, and provides more of the fruits, vegetables, and whole grains that are considered to be integral to a healthy diet. Looking to save money? Avoid pre-made meals and shop in the produce department and bulk bins!

If you’re not into cooking but just want to socialize, it’s fine to bring something yummy from the store.
Please bring a printout of your recipe or a list of the ingredients used (for the benefit of those with food allergies) with your name on it.
Please do not bring soup – we have no bowls and are concerned about spills.
Please bring your own beverages.
Please bring your own plates, cups, silverware, and serving utensils. We have spares available if you forget!
Non-veg friends welcome! Children welcome!
Sorry, no dogs. No alcohol.
The Chico Vegan Potluck meets on the fourth Saturday of every month except November and December.
Delicious food and recipes are shared with those who care about their health, the planet, and, most of all, the animals.
